Nature of this site
This Site is informational: it presents Yarigai, our way of working (the APEX Model), and a way to reach us. The Site does not process payments or online contracting. Delivery of our services (architecture diagnostic, blueprint, strategic integration, or continuous governance) is governed by a proposal and, where applicable, a separate services agreement made directly with each organization, not by these Terms.
Permitted use of the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful mechanism.
- Scrape or bulk-reuse the Site’s content without authorization.
- Misrepresent a third party’s identity when submitting the contact form.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content (text, images, logos, the APEX Model, and other material) is the property of Yarigai or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of this content may be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the Site’s information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free at all times. Information published here is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding commercial offer; any formal proposal is delivered separately, directly to each interested organization.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarigai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your inability to access it.
Third-party links
The Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to them, the parties submit to the competent courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
